Over several weekends in September and October (18th September to 10th October 2026), the focus is on a variety of culinary themes, such as ‘From deer to lake’, ‘Carinthian wine meets Carinthian cheese’ or 'Grain, cabbage and beets' and ‘Smokes specialties from the region’. In collaboration with ‘Genussland Kärnten’ show chef Marco Krainer, local chefs will conjure amazingly delicious menus to tickle guests’ taste buds.
