A Warm Welcome – Also for Our Four-Legged Guests! At our hotel, dogs are not just allowed – they are truly welcome! We understand that your furry friend is a beloved family member, and we want to make your stay together as comfortable as possible. When booking, simply select the dog package (for an additional fee), and everything will be taken care of.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow the dog regulations listed below. This way, everyone can enjoy a relaxed and unforgettable time. We look forward to welcoming you and your four-legged companion!
Please keep your dog on a leash at all times throughout the hotel grounds. This ensures a harmonious coexistence for all guests, especially for children.
Out of respect for other guests and for hygiene reasons, we kindly ask you to avoid the following areas with your dog:
- Restaurant (we are happy to offer you a seat at the pet-friendly table)
- Oskar's child area and ARENA
- Wellness area
- Sunbathing lawn
Please use the provided waste bags when walking your dog and dispose of them properly in the designated bins. This helps to keep our beautiful environment clean.
After an active day in nature, you can shower your dog at our bike wash station. We are happy to provide a special dog towel for you to borrow.
Please make sure that your dog does not lie on the hotel bed or other furniture. We are happy to provide a dog blanket so your four-legged friend can rest comfortably and appropriately. Our housekeeping staff is required to inform us if your dog is found on the bed. If your dog stays alone in the room, please hang the dog sign on the door. In this case, our staff will not enter or clean your room. We are also happy to provide a dog bowl for you to borrow.
Any damages or contamination to beds, furniture, doors, or carpets will be charged to the dog owner. We appreciate your understanding.
