Cancellation conditions
During the summer season 2024, cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung. The insurance can be taken out with the hotel booking.
In general, the Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply:

- three months before arrival: free of charge
- three months until one month before arrival: 40% of the total rate
- one month until one week before arrival: 70% of the total rate
- within the last week before arrival: 90% of the total rate

Reservations are only valid if an advance payment of 20 % of the room rate is made. Reservations are secured when we receive a confirmed and signed confirmation form. Please mind the optional date. Reservations without advance payments can not be guaranteed.

Our double rooms are also for single occupancy. Surcharge starting from € 15.00 per night.
Pets are welcome and charged 16 Euro/night excl. food. We kindly ask for your cooperation regarding our pet policy - dogs are permitted outdoors. Please be careful regarding other guests and keep the hotel surroundings clean, thank you!
Kärntnerhof is a family-friendly non-smoking hotel (accord. non-smoking regulations as of 1/1/2009). Ashtrays are available on the balconies and in front of the hotel.
We do not give discounts in case of non-consumed meals.
€ 15.00 per person will be deducted from the half board room rate for rooms booked with bed and breakfast only.
