Terms and conditions

The organizer of the Glüxrad’l raffle is Family & Sporthotel Kärntnerhof.
The raffle is open to players who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The person, whose e-mail address was entered into the booking confirmation is the actual person who participates in the raffle.
The Glüxrad’l ticket is valid exclusively for and during the actual booking of the family. In case of earlier departure, the prize won with this ticket will forfeit.
Only one prize can be redeemed per booking and room.
The Glüxrad’l is only active in the summer season or in special Glüxrad'l-periods.
The voucher/prize won with the Glüxrad’l applies exclusively with direct bookings for 5 nights and more and may not be redeemed in cash.  
Except for reservations with group or special discounts.
Please understand that wellness vouchers are exclusively accepted for treatments between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The prize is as described on the voucher.
The prize may not be redeemed in exchange for cash or any of our other products or services.
Prizes are not transferable.
If external factors outside of the influence of one of the companies/partners involved in the raffle make a change of a prize necessary, this is being accepted by the winner.
The Family & Sporthotel Kärntnerhof reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend the Glüxrad’l in the event of difficulties that might compromise its integrity.  
The Family & Sporthotel Kärntnerhof reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions even without prior notice. All decisions are final.
